No Bake Almond Snowballs

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Melted butter
  • 4 oz Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1 c Finely ground almonds
  • 1 c Unsweetened coconut
  • 1 c Toasted slivered almonds
  • 3 tb Honey
  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Wheat germ


Melt butter & chocolate over very low heat; stir in vanilla. Combine ground
almonds, coconut, toasted almonds, honey, salt & wheat germ. Stir in butter
mixture; chill until firm enough to roll into balls, 1-inch in diameter.
Roll in more coconut. Set on tray & chill. Yields 30.
