No-Bake Brownie Bites
Ingredients List
- 1 pk Pillsbury Rich & Moist Fudge
- -Brownie Mix
- 2/3 c Milk
- 1/2 c Butter
- 1 c Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 3 c Quick-Cooking Oats
- 1 c M&Ms Plain Chocolate Candy
- -Or Reese's Pieces
Directions
1. Line cookie sheets with waxed paper. In large saucepan, combine brownie
mix, milk and butter; cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil,
stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
2. Add peanut butter and vanilla; blend well. Stir in oats. Carefully stir
in candy pieces. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined cookie
sheets. Cool 5 minutes or until completely cooled.
6 1/2 dozen cookies.
NOTES : Storage idea: Empty coffee cans ( 1 pound size ) make excellent
cookie jars; you can = even freeze cookies inside the cans. Seal the
cookies in ziploc bags before = placing in coffee cans.
