No-Bake Fresh Fruit Tart

 Ingredients List

  • 8 oz Cream cheese; softened
  • 1 tb Orange rind; grated
  • 2 tb Orange juice
  • 1/2 c Sugar, confectioners
  • 1 Crust, crumb 8"
  • 6 Crumb tart shells
  • 2 c Fresh fruit; such as
  • -Fresh whole berries
  • -Seedless green grapes
  • -Pitted sweet cherries
  • -Sliced peaches
  • -Nectarines
  • -Plums; etc.


Beat cheese, rind, juice, and sugar together until fluffy. Fill pie crust
o tart shells with cheese mixture. Chill thoroughly. Top with fruit. Add 1
tablesppon lemon juice to peaches or nectarines to prevent discoloration. S
more sugar generously over fruit.
