No-Bake Holiday Fruitcake (December)

Ingredients List
- 1 pk Graham cracker crumbs (16
- -ounces); crushed
- 1 Container red candied
- -cherries (6 ounces);
- -coarsely chopped
- 1 Container green candied
- -cherries (6 ounces);
- -coarsely chopped
- 1 Container candied pineapple;
- -(6 ounces)
- 2 cn Sweetened condensed milk;
- -(14 oz. each)
- 1 1/2 c Pecans; coarsely chopped
Directions
Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, letting the wrap hang over the
sides a few inches. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and
thoroughly mix with your hands. Place the mixture in the lined pan and
cover well. Freeze for at least 8 hours, or overnight, before serving. To
serve, invert onto a serving platter, remove the pan and plastic wrap, and
cut into slices. Store any remaining cake in the freezer.
Note: This is a very rich cake, so keep in mind that a small slice wil go a
long way! This is one fruitcake that will NOT get passed on!
