No bake peanut butter and dark chocolate energy bites

Ingredients List
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup brown rice cereal
- 1 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup flax seed meal
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, vegan if need be
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbs dark chocolate cacao powder, optional
Directions
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Roll into balls about 1-2 inch in diameter. Store in an glass airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1-2 weeks.
