No-Crust Coconut Custard Pie

 Ingredients List

  • 3/4 Stick butter
  • 2 tb Flour
  • 1 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1 cn (large) evaporated milk
  • 3 Eggs; beaten
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1 cn (3.5-oz) coconut

 Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9-inch pie pan that has been heavily
greased & floured. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Loosen edges & serve warm.
