No-Crust Egg Custard Pie

 Ingredients List

  • 3 tb Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 1 cn (13-oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 ts Vanilla

 Directions

Mix all ingredients in blender for 18 seconds. Pour into greased 9-inch
glass pie pan. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
