No-Guilt Potato Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Cooked unpared red potatoes
  • -cubed
  • 1/4 c Chopped celery
  • 1/2 ts Celery seed
  • 1/4 c Chopped scallions
  • 1/2 ts Seasoning salt
  • 3 tb Chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 c Low cal ranch dressing
  • Pepper to taste


1. Using a rubber scraper, in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients
stirring to coat. Refrigerate.

Each serving provides: 1/4 vegetable; 1 bread; 25 optional calories

Per serving: 121 calories
