North Carolina Cornmeal Crisps

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Cornmeal
  • 1 1/4 c Boiling water
  • 2 tb Lard, melted
  • 1/2 ts Salt


Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon batter by T onto a lightly
greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until edges
are browned.
