Nutella eggnog cookies

Ingredients List
- 2 cups (240 grams) all purpose flour
- 1 cup (200 grams) sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2/3 cup (150 grams) cold butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup eggnog (i used pumpkin eggnog
- )
- 1/2 cup nutella
- 1 1/2 tbsp eggnog
Directions
1. In a food processor add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pulse for 2-3 seconds.
2. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add the egg and eggnog and pulse until combined and the dough starts to come together in a ball.
3. Drop tablespoons of cookie dough on cookie sheets and place them in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
4. Meanwhile heat the oven to 350F.
5. Bake the cookies for 13 minutes or until the edges get slightly brown.
6. Leave to cool completely before sandwiching them.
7. In a small bowl mix the nutella with the remaining eggnog and place a teaspoon on each cookie and sandwich them. There should be 15-16 cookie sandwiches.
8. Keep the cookies in an air-tight container. They freeze well.
