Ingredients List
- 3 c Oatmeal
- 1 c Wheat flakes
- 1 c Rye flakes
- 1 c Bran
- 1/2 c Raisins
- 1/2 c Dried apricots; chopped
- 1/2 c Dates; chopped
- 1 c Dried apples; chopped
- 1/2 c Cashews; chopped
- 1/2 c Sunflower seeds; raw
- 1/2 c Honey; raw
- 1/2 c Water; hot
- 1 tb Vanilla
Directions
Recipe by: McDougall Combine all dry ingredients, fruits and nuts in a
large bowl. In another bowl, mix the honey, hot water and vanilla. Add to
dry ingredients and mix well. Spread a 1/2 inch layer on baking dished and
bake in a 250 degree oven for one hour, stirring occasionally. Remove from
oven, let cool. Store in covered containers.
