- 4 Artichokes
- 1 Stick butter; melted
- 3 Lemons; juice of
Directions
Cook artichokes in boiling, salted water until tender (outer leaves should
fall off easily). Make sauce of melted butter & lemon juice. If sauce is
too tart, decrease lemon juice. Pull off artichoke leaves & dip in butter
sauce.
