Okra Fritters

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Thinly sliced okra
  • 1/2 c Chopped onion
  • 1/2 c Chopped red tomatoes
  • 1/4 c Flour
  • 1/4 c Corn meal
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Curry powder
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1 Egg; beaten


Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
Fry until golden brown, turning once.
