  • 1 1/2 lb Beef stew meat;cubed -- or
  • 2 lb Hamburger
  • 1 cn Tomato sauce (8oz)
  • 1 cn Tomato paste (6oz)
  • 1 cn Stewed tomatoes (16oz) --
  • Optional
  • 2 tb Chili powder
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Hot pepper sauce -- more if

  • Hot


Place all the ingredients in cooker, mix thoroughly, cover. Cook on low for
8-10 hours. Serves four real hungrey people or six regular eaters. Source:
