One Minute Molten Chocolate Brownie

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (or raw cacao)
  • 2 tsp coconut flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp honey (more or less to taste)
  • 2 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
  • Chunk of baking chocolate or bar

 Directions

Melt coconut oil in your mug or ramekin (small one). Stir in honey. Add dry ingredients (mix in separate dish or not) and begin mixing, stirring in the coconut milk as you do. Mix well. When your batter is mixed thoroughly, shove a chunk of chocolate in the center of the batter, making sure it\”™s covered.

Microwave for 30-60 seconds. Mine took 45 seconds for a fudge-like brownie. Check at 30 seconds, continue at 15 second intervals until top is set. Cool for a few minutes before eating.

Don\”™t want to use a microwave? Increase baking soda to 1/4 tsp. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until top has set.
