Ingredients List
- 6 1/2 lb Ripe figs (See note #1)
- 1 cn #2 1/2 crushed pineapple
- 4 1/2 lb Sugar
- 1/4 c Lemon juice
- 1 tb Cinnamon
- 1 tb Cloves
- 1 tb Allspice
Directions
NOTE #1: Weigh figs after peeling, removing only the peeling that . easily
pulls off with the stem. Mash peeled figs to fine pulp, add other
ingredients. Mix thoroughly and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour
into hot sterile jars and seal.
