Option 1: Allow dough to rise for about an hour or until double and then divide dough into two sections. Roll out each section to a 12 x 15 rectangle and spread each half with half of the 1/3 c sugar, orange zest and 1/3 cup butter. Roll up dough into a log shape and cut each log into 12 rolls. Place rolls into a greased muffin tins and let rise for 30-45 minutes and then bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
Option 2: Cover and refrigerate dough overnight. The dough will rise a bit in the refrigerator. About 4 hours before serving roll out like cinnamon rolls.
