Orange Tapioca Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Water
  • 3 oz Gelatin
  • 3 3/8 oz Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 oz Tapioca pudding mix
  • 15 oz Mandarin oranges; drained
  • 8 oz Crushed pineapple; drained
  • 8 oz Cool Whip Lite; thawed


In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in gelatin and pudding mixes.
Return to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for one minute. Remove from
the heat and cool completely.. Fold in oranges, pineapple and whipped
topping. Spoon into a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
