Orange Wakame Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 3 tb EDEN Wakame Flakes
  • 1/4 c EDEN Mirin
  • 1 1/2 ts LIMA Sea Salt
  • 1 Cucumber; thinly sliced
  • 2 Oranges or tangerines
  • -- peeled and sliced
  • 5 Red radishes
  • -- cut in half and sliced
  • 1 Green onion; sliced
  • 2 tb Sesame seeds, toasted
  • -- (use black sesame seeds
  • -- if available)
  • 2 tb EDEN Brown Rice Vinegar

 Directions

Soak wakame in 2 cups of hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and add
remaining ingredients. Chill and serve.

Prep Time. 10 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
