Orchard Mince Pie

 Ingredients List

  • 1 9" Pie Crust; unbaked
  • 2 c Medium Apples; peeled and
  • -fine chop
  • 1 c Prepared Mincemeat
  • 3/4 c Light Cream
  • 3/4 c Brown Sugar; packed
  • 1/4 tb Salt
  • 1/2 c Chopped Nuts


In large mixing bowl, combine apples, mincemeat, cream, brown sugar and
salt. Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with nuts. Bake
at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
