Ingredients List
- 7 oz. melted chocolate. I normally use 70% dark Lindt but you can use your favorite.
- 5oz. of butter
- 3 eggs and 2 yolks
- 5oz. brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour (any)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 22 Oreo cookies
- Icing sugar for garnish
- Pinch of salt
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 320º. Meanwhile cut the chocolate into pieces and put it on a bowl. Add the butter and microwave until is completely melted. Stir every 30 seconds to mix while melting.
2. In another bowl beat the eggs with the yolks and some vanilla extract if you like. Beat it all until we archive a smoothie texture.
3. Add slowly the brown sugar without stop beating (I recommend to add from the edge of the bowl to book the consistency of the mixture). Beat for 2 minutes more.
4. Add the Butter-chocolate mixture and the flour (I”™ve used free-gluten flour). Crush 4 Oreo cookies and add to the mix. Stir until archive a smooth mixture.
5. Put baking paper in a square mold. Place 18 Oreo cookies on the bottom of the mold. Pour the mixture and place the rest of the cookies on the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cut into 6 pieces and like I”™ve said, you can serve hot sprinkling some icing sugar or let cool, add some vanilla ice cream and drizzle chocolate syrup.
