Oreo Peppermint Bark

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 16 ounces white chocolate
  • 8-10 mini candy canes

 Directions

Line a 9x9 pan with non stick foil and let the foil overlap the pan for easy removal.
Line the bottom with Oreo Cookies. Cut 5 Oreo cookies in half to line the edges where whole cookies would not fit.
Break chocolate into pieces for easy melting.
Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is smooth.
Place candy canes in a plastic sandwich bag and crush candy canes into small pieces and crumbs.
Pour the melted chocolate over the Oreo cookies and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top of the chocolate.
Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to allow chocolate to set.
Remove Oreo Peppermint Bark from the pan.
Remove foil and place on a cutting board.
Cut the bark into squares.
