Oreo Vanilla Pudding Cake

  • For the Oreo crust:
  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • For vanilla pudding cream cheese layer:
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Cool Whip
  • Oreo crumbs, optional


To make Oreo crust:
In a food processor ground whole Oreo cookies with the filling to make fine crumbs

In a medium bowl, stir together melted butter with Oreo crumbs until evenly moistened, then press the mixture in the bottom of 9x13-inch dish, set in the freezer to firm

To make vanilla pudding cream cheese layer:
In a large bowl, mix together vanilla pudding mix and milk until well blended
Add cream cheese and vanilla extract and mix until smooth and creamy
Spread the pudding mixture over chilled crust
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs
Refrigerate at least 2-3 hours before serving
