Oriental Fried Rice

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Cooked brown rice; cold
  • 1/2 c Slivered cooked roast pork
  • 1/2 c Finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c Fresh bean sprouts
  • 1/3 c Sliced green onions
  • 1 Egg; beaten
  • 1/2 ts Black pepper
  • 2 tb Soy sauce


Combine rice, pork, celery, bean sprouts, onions and egg in large skillet
coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cook, stirring, 3 minutes over high
heat. Add pepper and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, 1 minute longer.
