Orzo Corn Chowder

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/4 c Orzo; uncooked
  • 1/4 lb Bacon; diced
  • 1/2 c Onion; chopped
  • 1/4 c Fresh Parsley; chopped
  • 2 c Chicken -Or- Vegetable Broth
  • 2 c Milk
  • 1 cn Kernel Or Cream Style Corn
  • 1/4 ts Pepper

 Directions

Recipe by: San Giorgio

Cook Orzo according to package directions; drain. Cook bacon and drain. Add
onion and parsley to pan and cook until soft. Stir in cooked orzo, corn,
broth, milk and pepper. Heat to serving temp; do not boil.
