Our Homemade Ice Cream

 Ingredients List

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 cn (14-oz) Eagle Brand
  • -condensed milk
  • 1 pt Half and Half
  • 2 ts Vanilla
  • Milk

 Directions

Beat eggs until fluffy, adding sugar gradually. Fold in Eagle Brand. Add
Half and Half and vanilla and pour into ice cream freezer (6 quart size).
Fill to 3 inches from top with milk. Variation: add chocolate chips or any
fruit that has been sweetened with sugar. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
