Ingredients List
- 2 Turkey thighs, skinned
- 1 Onion -- chopped
- And cubed
- 1 Garlic, clove -- minced
- 8 oz Sliced tomatoes --
- Undrained
- 1/4 c Cilantro leaves -- chopped
- 2 Green peppers -- seeded
- 1 tb Cocoa powder -- plain
- Chopped
- 2 ts Cumin seeds
- 3 Peppers, jalepeno --
- Chopped
- 1/2 ts Ground cumin -- or 1 T chili
- Powder
Directions
Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs at low
heat. Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeeze extras in
single serving portions if desired. 295 calories each
