Overnight Turkey Chili (No Beans)

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Turkey thighs, skinned
  • 1 Onion -- chopped
  • And cubed
  • 1 Garlic, clove -- minced
  • 8 oz Sliced tomatoes --
  • Undrained
  • 1/4 c Cilantro leaves -- chopped
  • 2 Green peppers -- seeded
  • 1 tb Cocoa powder -- plain
  • Chopped
  • 2 ts Cumin seeds
  • 3 Peppers, jalepeno --
  • Chopped
  • 1/2 ts Ground cumin -- or 1 T chili
  • Powder

 Directions

Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs at low
heat. Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeeze extras in
single serving portions if desired. 295 calories each
