Oyster Stuffed Hamburgers
Ingredients List
- 125 g Trimmed lean organic beef
- Preferably feather steak
- 2 ts Shallots, finely chopped
- -and trimmed; optional
- 1 ts Fresh herbs, finely
- -chopped; optional
- 1 pn Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
- 4 Oysters; shelled
- 1 Bun
Directions
Mince or finely chop the beef. Mix the meat with the shallots, herbs and
pepper, and shape it into a firm patty shape, roughly the size of the bun,
enclosing the oysters in the meat. Have the grill hot, or use a
well-seasoned cast-iron or non-stick frying pan. Cook the hamburger on both
sides until done to your liking. Lightly salt it and serve hot on a lightly
toasted soft bap.
