  • 1 pk (6.5-oz) Smoked Tofu; thinly
  • -sliced
  • 2 c Mung bean sprouts
  • 1/2 c Shredded carrot
  • 1/4 c Cilantro
  • 2 tb Chopped peanuts (optional)
