 Ingredients List

  • 3 tb Oil
  • 1 Clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 c Tofu (cubed)
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 oz Sen Lek noodles (flat rice
  • -noodles)
  • 1 tb Perserved turnip
  • 2 Scallions (minced)
  • 2 tb Roast peanuts (chopped)
  • 3 oz (mung) bean sprouts
  • 1/2 ts Chili powder
  • 1 ts Sugar
  • 2 tb Light soy sauce
  • 1 tb Lemon juice

 Directions

Stir fry items in order of list, but save 1/2 peanuts and beansprouts for
the table.
