- 2 Scallions (minced)
- 2 tb Roast peanuts (chopped)
- 3 oz (mung) bean sprouts
- 1/2 ts Chili powder
- 1 ts Sugar
- 2 tb Light soy sauce
- 1 tb Lemon juice
