Pancake Strudel

 Ingredients List

  • 250 g Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 1 ds Salt
  • Sour cream
  • Sugared apple slices
  • Raisins
  • Scalded milk

 Directions

Combine flour, eggs, milk & salt to make pancakes. In buttered pan make
pancakes; spread each with sour cream, apples & raisins. Roll them up & put
in a buttered baking pan. Pour scalded milk in the spaces, but do not cover
pancakes. Bake in 400 oven until milk is bubbling; add more milk & bake
until all milk is absorbed. Serve hot, sprinkled with vanilla sugar.
Cherries or plums may also be used.
