  • 1 Bell pepper; sliced thin
  • 8 Tomatoes; cut in wedges
  • 3 tb Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tb Salad oil
  • 1 tb Minced onion
  • Salt; pepper, basil, oregano
  • -& chives to taste


Combine all ingredients in salad bowl; toss lightly.
