Parmesan Chicken

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Nonfat Dressing
  • -Miracle Whip Free
  • 1/4 c Grated Parmesan Cheese (1oz)
  • 1 ts Italian seasoning
  • 4 Chicken breast halves
  • -boneless, skinless
  • -about 1-1/4 pounds


Stir dressing, parmesan cheese and seasoning. Place chicken on grill or
rack of broiler pan. Grill or broil 8 to 10 minutes, brush with half of
sauce during last 3 minutes; turn and continue grilling or broiling 8 to 10
minutes or until tender. Brush with remaining sauce during last 3 minutes.
Makes 4 servings. Prep time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes
