Parmesan - Garlic Popcorn

- 2 1/2 qt Popcorn; plain, popped
- 1/4 c Parmesan cheese; grated
- 1 ts Garlic powder
- 1 ts Dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 ts Dill weed
Directions
Seeing I haven't posted in quite a while, I thought that I would post
lowfat from the Taste of Home Lowfat Country Cooking. Out of 455 recipes I
only have 44 formatted. Plan on formatting the rest this week. Hope you all
enjoy these.
Place popcorn in a large bowl and mist with nonstick cooking spray. In a
small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley and dill;
sprinkle over popcorn and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
Serving Size: 1 1/4 cups
Calories: 67, Total Fat: 2gm, Calories from Fat: 23%, Saturated Fat: 1gm,
Cholesterol: 2mg, Sodium: 59mg, Carbohydrate: 10gm, Protein: 3gm.
NOTES : This recipe proves that popcorn doesn't have to be topped with
butter in order to be tasty. Here seasonings and a little Parmesan cheese
give great flavor.
