Ingredients List
- 2 lb Potatoes, peeled and cut in
- 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 c Butter, melted
- 1/4 c Minced fresh parsley
- -Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a saucepan, cook Potatoes in water to cover until tender; drain. Combine
butter and parsley; pour over the Potatoes and toss to coat. Season with
salt and pepper.
