Pasta and Ceci

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 c Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c Beef or chicken stock
  • 2 sm Cans garbanzo beans
  • 2 tb Parlsey, chopped
  • 1 lb Tubettini, cooked al dente
  • 4 tb Grated Parmesan


Saute garlic in olive oil; add water or stock, and beans. Simmer for 1
hour. Add tubettini and grated cheese, stir and let set for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parlsey.
