Pasta-Artichoke Shrimp Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Tripolini or small sea shell
  • -macaroni
  • 1/3 c Chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c Chopped celery
  • 1 cn (8-oz) artichoke hearts;
  • -quartered and drained
  • 1 cn (4.5-oz) shrimp; drained and
  • -rinsed
  • 1/3 -(up to)
  • 1/2 ts Curry powder
  • 3/4 c Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c Sour cream
  • Capers for garnish

 Directions

Cook noodles as directed. Refresh and rinse immediately in cold water.
Chill. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Adjust seasoning. Chill at least
4 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with capers. Yield: 8 to 10
servings.
