Pasta Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cn Low-sod. tomato puree (15oz)
  • 1 cn Low-sod. tomato sauce (15oz)
  • 1 cn Tomato paste/no salt (6 oz.)
  • Ground red pepper to taste
  • 1/8 ts Nutmeg
  • 1/2 ts Basil
  • 1 ts Parsley flakes
  • 3 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ts Black pepper
  • 2 Shallots minced
  • 1/2 c White wine

 Directions

Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 15-20 minutes. Add the
red pepper last to taste. Serve over pasta.
