Pasta with Arugula and Cheese

 Ingredients List

  • 1 bn Arugula
  • 4 Tomatoes -- chopped
  • 1/4 c Olive oil
  • 1/2 lb Thin spaghetti
  • Parmesan cheese


Combine arugula, tomatoes and oilve oil. Let stand for 1 hour. Toss with
cooked spaghetti and garnish with shaved Parmesan cheese.
