Pastry Egg Breakfast
Ingredients List
- 8 Vol-au-vent shells
- 8 Eggs
- 1/4 c Heavy cream
- 8 sl Diced bacon
- 1 Finely diced green pepper
- 2 Minced green onions
- 1 c Grated Havarti cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix eggs with cream.
Fry bacon, add peppers & saute until tender. Pour off half the fat.
Add eggs & green onions; sir until cooked. Remove from heat. Stir in
cheese. Fill shells with egg mixture. Serve at once.
