Ingredients List
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tb Olive oil
- 28 oz Can crushed tomatoes
- Salt & pepper
- 1 ts Oregano
- 15 oz Can cannellini beans
- 1 lb Ditalini, cooked firm
- (reserve one cup liquid)
- Grated cheese
- Red pepper flakes
Directions
Saute garlic in olive oil, add tomatoes, salt and pepper; simmer 15
minutes. Add oregano and cannellini beans, simmer 10 minutes longer. Add
cooked ditalini and some reserved cooking liquid, if needed; stir. Let sit
for 5 minutes. Serve wih grated cheese and red pepper flakes to taste.
