Pat's Pork Chops With Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients List
- Olive Oil 4 pork chops
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup, I use Campbell Condensed Soups
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups milk
- 4 Tbs flour
- black pepper to taste
- Lawry's Seasoning Salt
Directions
Heat heavy frying pan and oil over medium high heat
Pepper chops to taste then put on a thick coat of seasoning salt, turn over and repeat.
Fry on till browned on both sides.Turn down heat, add soup and simmer, Turing chops every few minutes on till they are cooked.
Mean while mix flour and 1 cup of milk
When the chops are cooked remove to a platter an keep warm.
Add 1 cup of milk, heat to just before it starts to boil, add the milk and flour and heat until it thickens.
Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
