 Ingredients List

  • Ingredients:
  • 5 lb. red-skinned potatoes - peeled and cut into 1" cubes
  • 8 hard boiled eggs - peeled and sliced set 2 aside for garnishing
  • 3 thinly sliced red radishes
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions - slice the tops to
  • 3 dill pickles - cut in forth long ways and then sliced
  • 1 pint mayonnaise not miracle whip
  • 3 Tbls. dried parsley flakes
  • 3 Tbls. Dijon mustard
  • LAWRY'S Seasoning Salt to tast
  • Garlic Powder to tast
  • pepper to tast
  • set aside paprika and 2 eggs for garnishing

 Directions

Directions Boil potatoes in water until there a little over done, it will make your salad more creamy tested with a fork.
While potatoes cooking,Peel and slice eggs. mix together all remaining ingredients exsecped for paprika and 2 eggs; set aside.
-Drain boiled potatoes, place in a large bowl, and allow to cool.
-Slowly pour prepared mixture over cooled potatoes and stir to coat.
Spread 2 sliced eggs over the top and sprinkle with a little paprika, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
