Ingredients List
- 2 qt Water
- 6 Celery stalks, cut into
- 2 inch pieces
- 2 md Onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1/2 Lemon
- Fresh shrimp heads, and/or
- Shells, lobster heads, and
- Or shells, fresh fish bones.
- Use ingredients singly or in
- Combination.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan or stockpot and bring to rapid
boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer slowly 2 to 8 hours depending on
strength of flavor desired. Strain before using.
