Peach Bread r5

Ingredients List
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 ounce box peach flavored instant gelatin mix
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 1½ cups diced peaches
- Streusel topping
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Generously spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium bowl mix flour, gelatin mix, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, set aside.
Using an electric mixer cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time then almond extract.
Gradually add in flour mixture, alternating with milk until all combined.
Spread in prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl mix butter, brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle on top of batter and top with slivered almonds
Bake in preheated oven for 55-60 minutes until cake tester inserted into the center of bread comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack before removing from pan.
