Peach Champagne Slush
Ingredients List
- 4 c Peeled sliced fresh peaches,
- -(2 pounds)
- 1 c Pink champagne
- 1/3 c Sifted powdered sugar
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in the container of an electric blender; cover
and process until smooth. Pour into a shallow baking dish; cover and freeze
for 3 hours.
To serve, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes or until slushy.
Yield: 5 cups (serving size: 1/2 cup).
