Peach Rum

 Ingredients List

  • 3 lb Peaches, halved, pitted and
  • Sliced
  • 4 c Packed brown sugar
  • Grated peel of 1 lime
  • 6 c Amber rum, about


Put ingredients into a 1 gallon container; using enough rum to fill.

Seal container and place on a sunny window sill, occasionally turning it.

After 3 months, pour off the liquor and serve in small cordial glasses.
