Peachy Berries and 'nanas

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Fresh strawberries, hulled
  • - and washed
  • 1/2 c Raspberries - frozen,
  • - unsweetened ones are fine
  • - if fresh are not available
  • 1 md Banana
  • 1 c Peach slices, fresh or
  • - frozen
  • 1 c Raspberry sherbet
  • 1/4 c Brown sugar (up to 1/3 cup
  • - depending on sweetness of
  • - the fruit)


Liquify the berries and banana in the blender. Add the peach slices,
sherbet and brown sugar and blend on high until liquified. Serve
