Peanut Butter Blondie

Ingredients List
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs.\
- *optional drizzle ¼ cup peanut butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In the bowl of a mixer, add all ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into a 9 inch round or square pan that has been sprayed with non-stick oil.
Bake at 350 degrees F 25 minutes for a softer blondie, 30 minutes for a more crisp texture. Cool on a wire rack.
For optional drizzle, heat ¼ cup peanut butter in the microwave 20 to 30 seconds until warm. Stir until smooth. Using a fork, drizzle over blondie. Serve warm or at room temperature.
