Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients List
- 1 3/4 c Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 tb Wheat Germ
- 4 ts Baking Powder
- 3/4 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Peanut Butter
- 1/4 c Honey
- 1 1/2 c Skim Milk
- 1/2 c Sunflower Seeds
Directions
Combine the flour, wheat germ, baking powder, and the salt. Cut in the
peanut butter with a fork or pastry blender until the mixture is crumbly.
The dough may be mixed in a food processor. Make a hole in the center and
add the honey, milk and the sunflower seeds. Beat thoroughly and put into
muffin tins sprayed with a non-stick spray, (Pam or something similar).
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 to 30 minutes, or until done. Cool on a
rack.
